Zucchini Relish
7 cups zucchini, shredded
3 cups carrots, shredded
4 red onions, shredded
2 red peppers, shredded
-Combine in a large pot and sprinkle with 1/4 cup salt
-Drain liquid
-To the rest add the following
4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
-heat to boiling
-Pour into jars and can as usual

Organically Raised, Grass Fed Beef

BEEF
Our Free Range, Organically Raised Beef is a must have for all you meat eaters. Our cattle are fed on a diet of grass and hay, and NO GRAINS. When the calves are born they are raised with their mother until they are self weaned.
We have almost ever cut of meat available, all of the steaks (t-bone, sirloin, Prime Rib, tenderloin, round & New York), all of the roasts (XRib, Prime Rib, Sirloin Tip & Round) as well as Beef Sausage & Blueberry Sausage (made from our own beef & blueberries), Salami, Pepperoni, Short & Maui Ribs, Ground Beef, Stewing Beef & Soup Bones.
